Start with the first version
Before committing to a big build, we pin down what version one really needs, and what can wait.
You get a written scope for the first version, a delivery plan and an initial cost estimate. That gives you a basis for deciding whether to go ahead.

- What to leave out of version one
Then we build it
In short cycles, with something you can try every week. When it launches, the app-store, hosting and monitoring accounts are yours.
If it moves money
